Turles is a very odd individual when it comes to being lord of the Water nation. Most people expect a calm gentle looking man, who is wise and collected. However turles is not these things. He is a short stout man, standing at a height of five feet six inches, and weighing only a hundred and thirty two pounds. He is very small and agile. His skin is not pale and white like most water benders, but instead is a deep tan, like most earth benders, in fact many people mistake him for someone from the earth nation. He is extremely fit, spending alot of time working out and training his muscles, he is toned and buff, having almost no body fat. He has deep blue eyes, maybe the only feature about him that fits being a water bender. His hair is dark black and most of the time is up in a pony tail or top knot.
When it comes to clothing Turles wears almost none. He does not run around naked, so dont worry, but he does not like large amount of clothing. Most times he will wear either a small tank top or no shirt at all, most of the time its no shirt at all. His pants are most of the time kung fu slacks, or slopes, that allow him comfortable leisure while still getting the job done.
Personality: Honor, respect, loyalty, these are the main components of his personality. He is a very noble man who firmly believes in laws, requlations and honor. He prides himself in being a very noble man who respects all and gets respect from everyone else. He believes in honor, and dicipline. He does not like people who think they are better than others, he finds equality in all people, no matter the rank or skill level. He believes everyone is important in their own way and values that person to the upmost of his ability. He will protect his people no matter what, and if any one threatens him, his people or his nation, he will stop at nothing to crush them. He is extremely dedicated and wont stop at nothing. If you piss Turles off, you better run, because he will get you back.
In battle Turles is a calm and steady man, he thinks about what he is going to do before he does it, he stays focus and tries his best to accomplish his goal. If he has comrades with him in battle he will always protect them and make sure they survive, even if it means his own downfall. He enjoys fighting, and will often spar with a friend to keep in shape. But you most deffinantly dont want to fight him for real, for if he is trying to win, most likely he will. He dosnt hold back, he dosnt pull punches and if he wants you dead, you will die.

Special Abilities:Larry can breath out cold air and freeze small amounts of objects.
Origin The ice beetle was a native creature on the small island he trained on. As he trained this insect would land on his shoulder and stay there, keeping him company all the time.

Turles was born to a very noble family of the water tribes. They were rich, proud and most of all loved by the entire nation. However they were snobby people who thought they were better than everyone. As Turles grew up eh was raised to think and feel the same about everyone, that eh was better simply because he belonged to a noble family. Alot of the other kids did not like him, not because he was mean or a bad child, but because of who he was related to. Eventually the nation had mixed feeling about the family, some began to turn against them and revolt. As Trules grew up, the nation grew angry and he was soon a teen in a nation divided.
-Teens-
As time went on turles got smarter, and more aware of what was going on in the water nation. He began to see the evils in what his parents were doing, extorting money, exiling people they did not like, just things that were not just. His father promised that one day he would achieve greatness, but Turles did not see how when the world was in an uproar. Eventually things got out of hand, and the nation turned against his family. In a violent coupe his family was killed and he was forced to flee the nation. He fled to a small island off the coast of the main land, where he met a frost bender who began to train him in the burtal arts of water bending.
-Young adult hood-
He spent most of his young childhood and adult hood training under the frost master, he learned several water techniques and most of all honor. He vowed to return to the water nation and cleanse it of its evils. so with a finale test he was deemed a master of water bending and returned to his home land. The nation was in chaos, with no one leading them the entire place was torn apart. He arrived with plans and hopes to bring peace to the nation, and with meeting he took over the water tribes. Not in a violent manner, but in a diplomatic way.
-Adult hood-
After taking leadership of the nation he vowed to make it better, and help his people, and every since then strived in his work to become the best leader he could, and protect his nation from all that deem it lesser than them. He often makes sure the borders are safe, he is his own body guard and eve plans events for his nation. He tries to be the best he can be and make sure everyone in his nation is happy.

Ruins…Rubble, and broken landscaping were the only sights to greet his vision of the once great and “superior” city of mag. It was comical to him. The God’s that so righteously protected everything were removed from their positions, taken from their pedestals and placed among the common. Despite their omniscient nature while they were Gods, when brought to the level that the rest of the commoners sat upon they were nothing more than simple pieces of flesh. Just like every other being, they were powerless to stop the inevitable…The destruction of the city. But perhaps he overlooked the conviction of those pathetic souls…Perhaps they didn’t all play in the defense of the city, but even still if one of them had…Then the reality of their mortality would have been shown to them, that they weren’t so powerful, that they weren’t unstoppable, that they were human…In a sense.
A maniacal laugh parted his lips at the sheer thought of it all, but it would be quickly interrupted as a sound approached off to his flank from behind. It was already much too late to do anything about it, so he had no choice but to play victim as the man rushed past him. Blinking a couple of times, Manic’s eyes trailed across the blur of a man that passed him, noticing the hand that held what money that he once carried around his waist. Thieves…Without order there was chaos, without a leader there was thievery, a minor oversight on his part. Issuing a half hearted shrug at the thought and retreating form of the man, a spell would kick up in his mind and he would instantly be placed in blurred like fashion off the right of the man’s body, causing him to startle further and pick up his pace.
Not giving into the chase, Manic would stand at his new position, watching again as the man continued his struggled flee. It would all be frivolous as he would move a hand down to his side where the hammer resided bound forever to his side by a thick leather strap. Sliding it from its holding, he would grip it tightly with his long emaciated digits. Energy crackled and jumped along its divot filled surface causing a malignant grin to cross his slender lips. Oh how delicious this weapon was…And now he was finally able to use it with a good purpose. In slow methodical fashion his arm would cock itself off to his flank, before lurching forward with unseen strength only to hurl the hammer from his hand in spinning fashion. Carefully and diligently his eyes watched the path of the crackling hammer as it soon came into rough contact with the bandits back sending him to the ground with one massive surge of spasms from the injection of energy from the hammer.
Lifting his hand up from its poised follow through position, a faint purple glow would pick up to his hand and soon envelope the hammer where it would then lurch up from the ground and trail back to Manic’s hand with a solid smack. Having already picked up movement towards the follow bandit at the time, he would simply catch the hammer in hand and place it back to its home. Soon as he neared the bandit though he would carefully move around to the head of the man before dropping down to a crouch. Snaking a hand outwards, it would drift down and around the throat of the bandit where he would proceed to pick him up effortlessly from the ground as he rose to an erect stance once again. Holding the now dangling form in front of his face, a sadistic grin slid across his face, “You can keep the money for the valid effort. What is money to someone who needs none? Now...You can tell me something, you can tell me who caused this destruction. Who attacked mag, hmm?”
The bandit could do nothing other than dangle from the overpowering grip that held him levitated in the air by the throat. With the constriction on the airway, he would swallow roughly before trying to choke out, “The demons.”
“Demons…?” He mused silently to himself at the thought, mentally trying to imagine who they could be until the name stuck out in his head, “mag takes a fall to a pack of demons and there’s nothing those false God’s could do about it!? Hrm…Pathetic, tell me who were among the fighters who defended this worthless city.”
“I….Don’t know.” Were the only words the bandit croaked out, which left a scowl upon the face of Manic. That was an incredibly useless bit of information…Perhaps he was better off asking a rock, “And here I had hope that you would be able to show the value of your life with information. It seems that you’re telling me that you life means nothing to you; because that’s all the information you gave me really. Tis a pity…” And with that Manic’s mouth would span open to reveal the set of fangs that presented themselves, only to shortly after dig them into the throat of the bandit, savaging it inhumanly before drinking every last bit of life that the man possessed. Once done, Manic wouldn’t bother with retracting his fangs, but instead would sharply jerk his head off to the side, ripping and shredding the flesh of the man’s neck and tearing a rather large piece of it out in the process.
Tossing the body aside, he would spit the piece off to the side before wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, “I’m aware of your presence, if you intend to play with me, then come play.” Slowly his lips would curve into a malicious smile as his eyes carefully scanned his surroundings.
