Saito is not the tallest of males, but neither the shortest. He is about five feet eight inches and only weighs around one hundred and forty eight pounds. It is typical of most Airbender’s to have this lithe and small form so that they can move deftly about their adversaries. While he lacks brute force, he makes up for it in speed. Saito is perhaps one of the most unorthodox air monks in the nation’s history, in appearance and personality. Saito does not have the standard Air Nation tattoo, nor does he have a shaved head. Instead his head is full of hair, and what makes it more unusual is the color. It is violet, but almost red in color. It hangs about his face, but most of it is kept up in a pony tail. Instead of the ponytail remaining behind his head, it usually is set in front of the left shoulder. Saito views the world through very vividly colored eyes, being the same color as his hair, it is hard to forget them, especially given the fact that his gaze is rather intense To go even further against Air Nation traditions, Saito does not wear the Air Nation garb. Instead he wears clothing more suited to a Ronin. Saito wears a black robe that has white sash around the waist with sandals and a white scarf. All of his clothing in their entirety is made of the thinnest and lightest material possible. This is so that he can maintain proper public appearance, while being unencumbered by his clothing. In accordance with his unorthodox attire, he also carries weapons that are not typically used by Airbenders. At the right side of his waist there are two weapons that are kept in place by his sash. These weapons are the Akatsuki, and the Shinkirou. They are both blades of varying length, the Akatsuki being the longer of the two. The Akatsuki is a Katana measuring in length at 70.6 centimeters, while the Shinkirou is a Wakizashi with a total length of 55.2 centimeters. Like many Airbenders, Saito also has a glider staff that typically in his hand, but sometimes he is forced to put it down.

Personality:

Saito is a very dignified and prudent young man, always seeking to settle affairs with diplomacy rather than violence. He is very open-minded and likes to listen to everyone’s point of view, weighing them each equally without prejudice. This is not to say that he does not have an opinion, but that he has learned toleration and temperance in everything he does. Saito is very articulate, able to get his point across without much confusion; some would even go as far to say that he has a silver tongue. It is very odd for such a young man to be so calm, some even believe that Saito is not even human. He possesses amazing restraint and resilience to belligerence, and when trying to enrage him it is equal to bringing an unstoppable force against an immovable object, neigh impossible. Saito is a keen and vigilant man, seeing with more intensity than it appears, for his expression plays tricks upon the mind. People think him to be a kind and pleasant man, but he is in reality a hawk in nature. Everything that people see is a lie, because his true nature is not that of the owl, but the fox. As a liar people inherently believe him to be evil, but this is far from the truth. Saito holds a high regard for all life, and does not ever wish to kill or harm anyone, but as a leader of a nation he cannot afford to live by his ideals. Understanding that reality is what makes him even more the wiser. So unlike his predecessors, Saito is willing to kill another individual, though he will pursue every other logical option before he does so. In regards to those who are in his inner circle, or in the process of getting there, Saito is a totally different man. Not in the sense that he has lost his wisdom or his ability to remain calm, but that he is a man of fire. Of course not literally, but due to the fact that his mom was a Firebender, he has an innate pride within him. Saito’s passion and drive is very intense. It has been known to get him in to trouble in the past, and as such he has a small reputation among his people. This means that some begin to understand that Saito is not who he pretends. So in the rare event that his emotions get the better of him, you may think him a Firebender. Because at times he is quick to act and brutal when it comes to combat, as well as being very proud, especially when his Nation is concerned.

Residents of the air nation have extremely accurate aim, they can locate and pin point things quickly and accurately, and almost never miss their target. They are the best marksmen out there.




Name: Airbending Swordmaster

Description:

Saito is a very skilled user of swords and blades of any form, but mostly his skill is with the use of the Katana, and the Wakizashi. His skill is great in the sense that compared to most people he is able to perceive the blade's movement, and react to it in seemingly seamless motions. Nothing is wasted, and all movements are necessary. It is the perfect style for an Airbender who has an abundance of energy to practice a style were controlling the use of energy is paramount. This trait, once activated, lasts for five user posts. Then after those five user posts movement is slightly decreased, and then there is a cooldown period of three user posts before it can be used again.

Name: Master of the Void
Range: Self-6 Meter Radius
Description:

Like msny benders of this rank Saito has managed to master an advanced element. However instead of mastering Sound he choose to master the Void, which is the ability to remove air from a section of space. Because he focused more primarily upon using the Void over sound, his skill in manipulating sound is only at a Captain level, instead of a Lord's level. Instead of a 3 Meter Radius, Saito is able to manipulate it at a greater 6 Meter Radius. Also, being a master also allows him to shorten the range so that he can micro manage the lack of oxygen at the lowest level. An example would be creating a "void" of oxygen around his blade, or even within his palm.

Description:

Like most people in this day and age, Saito also has quick reactions, those above the average and even above those who are considered good. It was obvious enough that in order to stay alive and to stay a leader he would have to keep up with everyone else. Though..much of this is due to his being an Airbender. As such, his speed and reaction time are on a high level, especially since his movements are enhanced by his airbending. One of the ways he has increased his speed is to improve his aerodynamics, manipulating the way the wind moves against his body. This does not make him impossible to catch or fight, he's just really illusive. This lasts for three user posts, and must be cooled down for five user posts. User movement is not slowed by this, just that the ability to perceive movement is no longer as great.

Name: The Slicing Wind
Range: Air Being Controlled
Description:

Saito is a master airbender, and as such he has developed many ways to make the air his weapon. One of his most defining methods is to give the wind a razor like quality, which allows the wind he controls to cut through objects. Of course, thicker and stronger objects take up more of his energy..the same goes for how long it takes to build up the energy to cut a stronger object.. but as far as human skin goes, the wind cuts through it like a hot knife through butter.

Description:
The skill foresight is based upon constant observations, meaning that the user of this skill must first observe a person, or persons in order to use this ability. The ability is to "see in the future", which really means that it appears that the user is able to do this. In reality that is not the truth. What is actually occurring is that based upon careful observation of an opponent's body the user of this skill has the ability to gauge the possibility of that person using a move. This is done by studying the muscle movements. In order to do this, the user must first observe an opponent for four user posts. Then it can only be used for one user post. Then after it is used it cannot be used again against the same opponent(during that topic/timeline). It can be used against other people in the same topic, but must follow all of the rules. It can be used against two people at a time. During the observations the user is not permitted to attack, only defend until the observations are complete for the counter attack. If the user attacks during the observation process, then the user must start over.

Description:

Saito created this move in order to dodge attacks in a seemingly effortless manner. What occurs is that the user abides the the principles of Airbending, which is to become one with the surroundings. The user forgets about getting through an attack, but rather becoming one with the attack and dodging it simply because the path is predicted. The path is predicted because the user of this technique becomes one with their surroundings and reaches an inner peace. Aside from the philosophy of the move, it is essentially using airbending to alter the wind resistance around the body to either increase speed or reduce it to ones benefit, while moving the body in the proper way to avoid attacks. The speed varies upon the level used.

Description:

When an attack comes near Saito, he is able to alter the wind within his vicinity and redirect whatever is coming his way, be it an attack with a blade, or with a plethora of earth bended rocks. Basically by increasing the speed of the wind and turning away from him at the same time. Of course, certain objects may be too heavy to manipulate in time, but this is move is mainly meant to redirect the path of weapons and other projectiles rather than to deflect the elements. For instance someone brings a blade down to diagonally swipe at Saito, he can alter the wind around him slightly so that it goes around him just barely. The user can move during this, but that is optional.

Description:

Saito has used the void release, which is the ability to create an empty space that does not contain air. He creates the space around his blade, and then can proceed to "cut" fire. While not technically possible Saito can do this by "cutting" the fire with this space around the sword. Saito takes away the fuel for the flame and causes it to split to either side of the blade, essentially giving the appearance of it being cut, when in reality it just phases out of existence due to lack of air. The rank required must be equal to the rank of the flame.

Range: 6 Meters
Description:

In order to use this technique, the user must first create a very distinct sound. For example, whistling, or the keening sound of a blade being drawn from a sheathe. Once the noise is created, Saito manipulates it so that it increases in pitch and at the same time directs it towards the ears of his target. The sound then infiltrates the ears and may cause migraines. It may even cause the ear drums to pop. The effects vary from person to person simply because everyone's ears are different.

As a lord of the land, Saito has developed the ability to notice even the most mundane of facts about anything. Hardly anything fails to be noticed by his gaze, and because of that he is a very hard opponent to trick. His eyes are known to follow the muscle movements of another person, and can even predict where the person will go based upon that(see foresight). This trait also applies to politics. It can even translate to telling whether or not a person is lying to him. Despite the name, this trait does not make Saito infallible, and he has been known to be tricked in the past. This only lasts for two user posts, and then cannot be used until four user posts have passed.

Seraph had bartered passage upon a commerce boat to enter the village of Kirigakure, using the sailors purpose as his own. He would assimilate the role of a sailor as he changed clothing to match the others. His long black hair tied off in to a pony tail, the bangs upon his face slicked back so that his forehead would not have strands of hair upon them. Long sleeved gray shirts, with matching slacks. The material loose fitting and water proof. Underneath though, he still wore his all black clothing which made him look bigger than he actually was. As the boat pulled in to the docks, he would be working hard, sweat on his brow as he pulled vigorously at the ropes of the sails, drawing them in so the boat could be tied off at the docks. Once done, he would stand up straight, eying the docks he would see the tough security. The boat would gently coast its way the final distance, the other four men on the docks smiling happily for having survived the wretched trip. Seraph would smile at the men, using his skills at playing the role to simply get in with them, making himself a part of this little buddy buddy fiasco. There would be a slight nudge that rocked the boat, signifying it had hit the dock. One of the men would get off, foot on the edge of the ship and then would place the other on the dock. The rope in hand he would tie it secure on the pier. With that, it was a coming of the end, for Seraph had only worked on the ship so that he could get a free ride. He would thank the men with waves, some with private words and handshakes. With that he would step off the boat, on to the deck within the walls of the Water Country and begin to enter. Many villagers and other traders along the route, talking and trading, it was a busy day, making it hard for anyone to suddenly discern him from a crowd and deem him suspicious for actions he had yet to commit. Of course, that was such wishful thinking as he would notice the group of guards ready to check him and his comrades before he could make it to the traders area. Of course, his plan was simply to tell the truth, he was a fishermen with these men and they were willing to back him up. Seraph was very good at acting. He would girn, thinking about the goodbyes he had given. It was amusing considering it was so premature, after all they were all standing together now, five men in total including Seraph. This would be the cause of the odd grins upon each mans face as they all looked at one another.

this is a bit over powered to be able to predict another characters movements before they perform it. i know you explained its not always right and stuff, but still elaborate on it a bit more so it doesnt seem that you can see what everyone does as soon as they do it.
